VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

You will be responsible for defining, prospecting, developing, negotiating and closing OEM business relationships within the IT Security, IT Operations and Cloud Service Provider vendor communities. Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success identifying and closing software OEM relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and strong understanding of IT security or operations vendor community
  • High degree of sales management and opportunity assessment skills through account plans
  • Ability to manage to a common strategic plan with executive input
  • Location flexible, but San Francisco or Boston preferred
  • Startup experience is a huge plus

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

If you are looking to break into sales with an exciting technology company but lack the necessary experience, this could be the ideal opportunity. You will follow up on inbound leads and generate additional leads via research, investigation and prospecting using outbound email and phone calls to develop sales qualified leads and connect them with our Account Managers. Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 0-3 years experience in support of inside/outside sales teams
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a strong plus but not required
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated, team player with a strong sense of commitment and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER

You will directly impact the velocity of growth by focusing on Global 2000 and other strategic accounts.   • 8+ years of experience in selling enterprise IT solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed a $2M sales quota
  • Have sold IT solutions such as APM, software security, big data, software analytics
  • Experience developing new business and managing sales cycle through closing
  • Recent history of over achieving quota (President's Club, Trip Winner, Over Achiever)
  • Startup experience a huge plus

TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER: SECURITY

Prelert is looking for a Technical Product Manager - Security Products to drive the development and delivery of IT Security-related use cases and features for its behavioral analytics solutions. Skills - you can:

  • Credibly interact with security researchers, engineers, data scientists, and software developers
  • Successfully communicate with field sales team, including resellers & MSSPs
  • Engage in mutually beneficial product-related exchanges with prospects and customers
  • Create compelling written material to represent market requirements and company solutions
  • Apply technical troubleshooting skills to just about any situation
Knowledge - you know a lot about:
  • IT Security operational practices, technology trends, and current cyber threat landscape
  • Network Security appliances (IDS/IPS, NGFW, Web Proxy, WAF, VPN, etc.)
  • Windows,  Active Directory, and Unix system/security logs.
  • Log Management and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
  • Networking and Security Protocols
  • Data Science and Machine Learning would be a plus

INSIDE TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER

You will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation and selling Prelert's award winning software across a broad spectrum of customers.
